July 16-18

Monday: 45 min easy trainer to loosen up the sore legs
Tuesday: swam 2000m. Followed a good workout, but a can't do kicks for 300m. No way.
Rode trainer 1 hr watching the Tour, cadence good:)
Wed: rest day. Zonked, so I skipped evening crit.
